GOALS/OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM:

iGlow Mentoring designs quality programming and builds consistent relationships to positively affect the lives of iGlow Girls. It’s our goal that parents see improvement in the following areas of their girls life:

Self-esteem & Self-image

~Pre and post screen assessment tools given to both the iGlow Girl and her parent/guardian                                                                                                                                                                 ~New involvements in extra-curricular activities

Academics                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

 ~An improvement of a minimum of .50 increase in cumulative G.P.A for the academic school year                                                                                                                                   ~Reports/conferences with school and support staff                                                                                                                                                                                                                             ~Pursuit of higher education or vocational program

Improvement in over-all health habits

PROGRAMMING:

iGlow Mentoring is a year-long program broken into 8 week sessions that address numerous topics prevalent in the lives of young ladies, ages 10-19. Groups are especially designed to address the specific needs of iGlow Girls in each age category and are held Saturday Mornings in 4 hour time increments.
